Job Summary
The Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and ensuring an efficient, organized, and professional workplace. This position serves as a key administrative resource for company leadership and employees, providing support across office management, human resources, purchasing, facilities, accounting, and general business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and employees.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence.
Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative materials.

Coordinate building access, keys, badges, parking, and other office-related requirements.

Human Resources & Employee Support
Provide administrative support to HR and company leadership.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
Coordinate new-hire paperwork, office access, equipment, supplies, and workspace setup.
Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation as directed.
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
Coordinate employee training, meetings, and company events.
Assist with maintaining company policies, forms, and employee communications.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Purchasing & Vendor Management
Purchase office supplies, equipment, and other approved materials.
Obtain quotes and coordinate purchases with management and accounting.
Maintain relationships with office, facility, and service vendors.
Coordinate vendor service calls, maintenance, repairs, and facility-related activities.
Assist with tracking recurring expenses and service agreements.
Facilities & Workplace Management
Coordinate office and facility maintenance.
Work with landlords, property managers, utilities, security providers, janitorial services, and other facility vendors.
Monitor office cleanliness, safety, organization, and general appearance.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Assist with workplace safety and administrative compliance activities.
Support facility-related projects and office moves or expansions.
Accounting & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, receipts, and purchasing documentation.
Maintain organized records supporting company financial transactions.
Assist with credit card and company expense documentation.
Assist with timekeeping and other administrative processes as directed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in office administration, office management, administrative coordination, or a related position.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Job Summary
The Inventory and Kitting Specialist is responsible for ensuring material availability to support production through effective inventory control, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and accurate kitting of production orders. This role works closely with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, and ensure timely delivery of components to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory transactions including receiving, inspection, kitting, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the MRP system.
Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
Create, verify, and issue production kits in accordance with Bills of Material (BOMs) and production schedules.
Compile kits including bin labeling, printing drawings, unboxing parts, and cutting raw materials.
Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and delivered to production on time.
Support engineering change orders (ECOs) by managing material transitions and inventory updates.
Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances and root causes.
Work with the Production Manager to ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules.
Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and work instructions.
Generate inventory and material planning reports for management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material flow.
Responsible for issuing day-to-day shipments and assisting with full system shipments
Perform simple QC inspections on custom machined parts
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, warehouse operations, or materials management.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Unanet, AIM, or Infor.
Strong understanding of:

Bills of Material (BOMs)

Titan Robotics is seeking a hands-on Electrical Robotics Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems by building high-quality electrical components including wiring, cable harnesses, control panels, and sensor interfaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with electrical assembly in a production or R&D environment, and comfortable troubleshooting issues on complex electromechanical systems. The candidate must provide regular communication to the engineering team on technical issues. Mechanical assembly experience is also a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Terminate wires and connectors (crimping, pinning, ferrules, etc.).
Build and route cable harnesses to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret wiring schematics and cable drawings.
Perform high-quality through-hole and cup terminal soldering.
Build and wire electrical control panels and junction boxes.
Mount components, label wiring, and ensure correct routing.
Verify assemblies for safety, functionality, and compliance.
Assist with robotic system wiring during build and integration.
· Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, cable testers, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot. electrical issues such as shorts, intermittent faults, and sensor failures.
Perform electrical wiring modifications to robotic equipment.
Provide feedback to engineering to improve designs and assembly processes.
