Titan is seeking to grow its perception team in the industrial mobile robotics space. The ideal candidate will have graduate level research and/or industry experience in sensing and algorithms related to safely and efficiently localizing and navigating mobile robots in an industrial setting.
The Robotics Engineer II will be responsible for utilizing good engineering practices in designing, implementing, testing, and documenting algorithms that allow mobile robotic systems to operate and coordinate in their environment. These tasks will consist of both classical techniques and machine learning. The Robotics Engineer II will further be responsible for evaluating and integrating sensors to enable robot perception.
This role will also be responsible for deploying safe and effective code to laboratory, prototype, and production systems, as well as creation of software tools to support debugging, testing, and analysis.
